Located in the financial center of Hangzhou, at the central axis of the Qianjiang New City CBD, the project consists of two buildings, A and B, which integrate large business hotels and international five-star office buildings. The buildings have 45 floors and B has 26 floors. 541 single prepaid guide rail meters and 803 three-phase prepaid guide rail meters were used, totaling 1344 meters.

If users do not continue to purchase electricity after using it, the meter will automatically cut off the power supply and stop power supply. The SMS reminder function reminds users to purchase electricity in a timely manner through mobile SMS when their battery is low, allowing them to develop a habit of active payment, which is convenient, fast, and user-friendly.
Equipped with malignant load permission function, allowing users to use the maximum load value. If the peak value is exceeded, the meter will automatically power off, effectively avoiding the circuit from being overloaded and providing reliable protection for users.
